要實現這一目標。教師必須利用多種渠道,充分了解學生,把握學生的現狀,從而使作文教學有的放矢,有條不紊。因此,我每次接任初一新生班級的時候,都從認識每個新生人手,在活動中打開寫作的大門。第一堂作文課我就運用在小學已經訓練過的《介紹我自己》為題,開展自我推薦的交流活動,要求學生先寫后講。這一活動調動了每一位學生的展現欲,從文字書寫到遣詞造句,從表達方式到詳略處理,都一絲不茍,書面及口頭表達也得到了充分的展示。之后,我又進行第二次限時自由寫作,要求學生使出自己的看家本領,在45分鐘之內,寫出一篇能代表自己最好水平的文章來。學生們與前次一樣,更是不愿意馬虎從事,甘拜下風。通過這樣兩次摸底訓練,對全體學生的寫作基礎有了初步的掌握,為以后的作文教學提供了依據。

二、指導學生立意求新,培養寫作的創造思維能力

我們許多語文老師在指導學生立意、選材等方面時,往往講一些高深的、抽象韻理論“框框”,把學生的思維限制在教師最理想的“光環”之中,學生不敢越“雷池”半步。久而久之,學生的自信心被壓抑,個性的發展被扼殺,人格尊重受到挫折,自主活動、自由創作的能力培養成了一句空話。為了順應當今素質教育的發展潮流,培養學生自主參與各種活動的能力和創新精神,我們語文教師在作文課堂中應該營造一種寬松、愉悅、祥和的氛圍,不失時機地啟發、誘導學生發表自己的見解,談談自己的思路設想,在參與中塑造自己的個性,打開寫作的思維空間。這樣,學生的寫作才會永不枯竭、百花爭放、異彩紛呈的理想局面。

由此,我們語文教師要時時創設情境,激勵學生,啟發誘導,促進學生去探索、去創造,從而使學生的作文富有靈氣,充滿童趣,真實感人,視角獨特。

三、創設氛圍,走進生活,融入社會人生大舞臺

(一)再現記憶舊事,搜索生活細節

古人云:“夕陽茅草尋常物,解用皆為絕妙詞。”人的生活是由細節組成的,一句話、一個動作、一個眼神,玩蜘蛛、捉螞蚱、抓蛐蛐、摘山果等等都是生活中的細節,都可以成為學生寫作的對象。這就要求教師教給學生搜索的技巧。如分類法:寫生活可分為學校生活、家庭生活、社區生活等;寫趣事可有家庭趣事、校園趣事、交友趣事、游訪趣事等,有如聯想法:寫家可以由我及人、有人及物、由小家及大家,寫交友可及善及惡、及愛及恨、及分手及和諧……只要讓學生回歸生活,他們就能寫出及有情趣的作文。
