3.將面粉放入盆內,倒入水和成面團,餳約1個小時,揉透搓成長條,分成每個約10克的小劑子,逐個按扁,搟成圓形,邊緣較薄,中間較厚的餃子坯皮,包入餡料,捏成餃子生坯。
4.將鍋放在火上,倒入火燒沸,分散下入餃子生坯,邊下邊用勺輕輕順一個方向推動,直到餃子浮出水面,蓋上鍋蓋,用沸而不騰的火候,燜煮四五分鐘,倒入少許冷水,再沸再倒入冷水,煮至水餃熟透,即可食用。

喝杯冰水,讓自己冷靜下來。這是我最經常做的,通常在家里看書或者學習的時候,我都會接一杯冰水放在旁邊,一定要有冰塊的!通常在頭腦發熱,或者心里煩躁的時候,冰水就會有它的功效了。這種方法呢,一般來說還是比較奏效的。其實還有一種類似的手段,就是盡量讓自己在稍微冷的環境下學習,記得自己在本科的時候上自習通常都是去全校最大最冷的那個教室,主要原因就是在這種略微寒冷的情況下,人可以保持清醒,另外這種教室通常比較安靜,因為人少嘛!不過,注意防止感冒。
做些體育運動,簡單的鍛煉。這個是我今天晚上用的辦法,因為手邊的冰水喝完了,就干脆在地上做了30個俯臥撐。我平時簡單的鍛煉就是說俯臥撐,可能有人認為說鍛煉之后心跳加速不是更難冷靜下來嗎?可是我發覺在20-30個俯臥撐之后好像腦中馬上清醒了,精力也能夠馬上集中起來,也許這個運動的數量級正好合適。大家可以選擇自己方便的運動手段,我一直覺得俯臥撐比較好,有點地方就可以做了。
利用音樂或者短片來放松情緒,暫時忘記學習。這個估計是很多朋友都會用的辦法,盡量找一些柔和一些的音樂,比如Bandari之類的輕音樂。雖然我相信很多朋友會選擇重金屬,搖滾一類的音樂,這個本身就是因人而異的東西,何況還有很多人會邊聽音樂邊學習呢,至少我以前是。現在?現在可不行了,會喜歡相對安靜一些的環境。除了音樂之外一些輕松搞笑的短片也不錯,盡量還是避免連續劇電影這一類,通常一看就停不下來了。
想一些比較有激勵作用的事情。記得自己上新東方的時候,特意把那本《新東方精神》保留下來,準備作為激勵自己的材料閱讀來著。當然后來也確實讀過幾次,不過還真沒有在出現厭學的時候用過這個辦法。只是說因為自己看過這些東西之后,會有一種很振奮的感覺,想要努力,想要向上,現在還記得那時看完《新東方精神》的感覺,呵呵!就像你見到一牛人之后,就會想說我也想變成那樣,所以我要努力。當然了,能夠自我激勵便是最好的,否則你可以試試看這個辦法。
換個學習內容,讓自己的思維轉換到別的事情上。這也是一個很平常的手段,甚至在我們很小的時候就知道。只是在我學習的過程中發現,有的時候很難實現,原因也很簡單: 比如數學系的學生,他從概率換到實變,換到偏微分,終究還是在數學里面,對于大腦沒有什么很明顯的作用嘛!于是讓我說,不如在這個寫寫博客,哈哈,數字和文字之間轉換一下還是不錯的。
干脆給自己放假,想怎么玩怎么玩。這就是最后一條啦,屢試不爽,相信對你也一定奏效了!我只是想說,盡量還是不要這樣的好。

Sometimes stress isn't caused so much by an event but by our attitude towards it. People who see difficult situations as challenges to overcome, rather than problems that get them down, usually cope better with stress.
